3. When the cyanuric chloride electrolyzer is running, it is necessary to measure the voltage between the electrodes regularly, and check whether the voltage between the electrodes of each electrolysis chamber is abnormal, so as to determine whether the liquid inlet and air outlet of each chamber are unblocked.

4. The liquid level of the electrolyzer should be well controlled during operation to prevent gas mixing caused by excessively high or low liquid level;

5. The pressure of the gas system should be strictly controlled during the operation of the electrolyzer to prevent mixing due to excessive pressure. The system must maintain a positive pressure to prevent negative pressure from being generated;

6. When switching the gas valves of the electrolyzer and purification system, the principle of first opening and then closing should be grasped to prevent the occurrence of gas mixing and gas cut accidents caused by the wrong valve;

7. During operation, the electrolytic cell is not allowed to undergo any maintenance, and it must be stopped until the voltage disappears, because the maintenance under voltage is prone to short-circuit;

8. The electrolyzer and oxygen system must be strictly degreasing, and the tools, work clothes, hands, face, hair, etc. of the oxygen system operators and maintenance personnel must also be strictly degreasing;

9. All pyrotechnics and the production of flames and flames are strictly prohibited in the rooms and gas storage tanks where the synthetic ammonia manufacturers have explosion hazard. The use of electric drills, blowtorches, battery cars, etc. is prohibited, and fires are not allowed to enter the plant area.
